Chocolate taste parctice

Yesterday, I had a chocolate taste class.

It is true, is chocolate.

Special crop’s teacher, Dr. Stella, brought 3 kinds of chocolate for us taste at the practice of special crop.

We got the five steps of taste,

First observe its appearance, what is it like? What’s shape like?

Following step, we need to snap it, listen to have some sound or not. While the sound is good and clean, it means this chocolate with high cocoa content. 

Third, aroma, smell what is it like? How about the feeling for you? Feel sweet? Too much honey? 

Forth, mouthfeel, we can put it into mouth, but we don't chew it, just feel it in the mouth.  

Last one, taste, now we directly eat it. We also need to observe that what is the feeling. Sicky? Soft? Hard? 

 

Now, we know how to taste a chocolate.
